As a communication and leadership expert with 20+ years of experience of training people from various cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs to communicate and lead effectively, I learned a lot about authentic leadership, interpersonal, group, and intercultural communication, and fulfilling life. My Approach
I believe in the value of people. I believe that each individual has something valuable to offer to societies. I believe everyone is a leader in their field; the key is to communicate that successfully to others. Cultures, then, are also conglomerations of such values and leadership insights. We can learn from each other and each other's culture.
